Senior Project Manager - Residential Architecture

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid Work Model)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 annually

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and manage the development of complex residential projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of architectural projects, with a focus on wood frame construction.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 4-6 story wood frame residential projects.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication between all stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to review designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and firm standards.
  • Foster client relationships and participate in business development activities.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods related to wood frame construction.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
